MPOX 50 – Direct Injection

The technology uses a proprietary formulation that is injected into the sludge feed line prior to dewatering or thickening.

Specificity for the odour generating compounds such as hydrogen sulphide and other reduced sulphides such as Dimethyl Sulphide and Mercaptans.

Almost as soon as the product is injected, the chemical reaction takes place and sludge odours are immediately eliminated.

Unlike oxidizing agents, such as potassium permanganate that is very reactive, MPOX has a low reactivity and only reacts with the reduced sulphides. This results in low dose rates.
